Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as their advocate within the company.
Understand and stay up-to-date with the healthcare industry, including knowledge of current trends and challenges.
Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and address any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless and efficient service to clients.
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review performance and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
