Property Insurance Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a Property Insurance Attorney with at least three years of experience to join their team. Location:

Duties:
? Manage property insurance defense cases from inception through resolution.
? Draft and file motions, memoranda of law, and civil remedy notices.
? Conduct and defend depositions.
? Attend and represent clients at hearings.
? Handle discovery and case management tasks.
? Provide legal analysis and advice related to first-party property insurance claims.
? Present oral arguments in Circuit Court.

Requirements: ? Minimum of 3 years of legal experience (defense experience preferred). ? Strong research and writing skills. ? Ability to draft substantive motions and legal memoranda. ? Proficiency in presenting oral arguments in court. ? Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. ? Ability to manage a reasonable caseload based on experience. ? Knowledge of first-party property insurance law and related case law. ? Experience defending insurance carriers in first-party property claims is a plus. ? Federal court experience is a plus but not required. ? Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Education:
? Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
? Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
