The Travelers Insurance Company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Provider Appeals Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be part of the fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare industry and be responsible for conducting detailed research and analysis of complex medical claims appeals. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business by ensuring the accuracy of claims and resolving customer disputes in a timely manner.We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. The ideal candidate should also have a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is required, as is prior experience with medical claim appeals. Knowledge of medical coding is also required. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed research and analysis of complex medical claims appeals. Ensure accuracy of claims and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner. Work independently and collaboratively. Maintain a minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare or insurance industry. Possess a strong knowledge of medical coding. Provide excellent customer service. Resolve complex medical claims disputes.
