Part Time Licensed Customer Service Representative

Must have current Insurance License either P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License in order to apply!

Responsibilities
? Review current policies
? Make policy changes
? Explain premium changes
? Take Payments
? Create Life Insurance appointments
? Cross Sell items to bundle up monoline policies.
? Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
? Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
? Provide a positive customer experience

Job Qualifications
? Must have Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license
? Strong interest in helping people.
? Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
? Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
? Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
