Are you passionate about user experience and looking for an internship to make a difference at Santander Bank? We are seeking an ambitious User Experience Intern to join our team and help create a seamless experience for our customers. As a User Experience Intern, you will design and evaluate user experiences for our digital products, create prototypes, conduct research, and collaborate with other teams.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, be a creative problem-solver, and have an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table and help us improve our customer?s experience. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Design, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field ? Experience with user research methods and tools ? Proficiency in design software (e.g. InVision, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) ? Knowledge of user experience principles ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment ? Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
