Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective branch operations.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as sales and customer satisfaction, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Train and coach employees on company policies, procedures, and sales techniques.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop and implement new products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Communicate with upper management to provide updates on branch performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Represent Chase Bank in the community by participating in local events and building relationships with potential customers.
Oversee branch budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the branch.
Handle any escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
