In this role, the Retail Banker I will utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to proactively assess customer needs and engage in outbound sales activities. The banker will also be responsible for facilitating loan applications, maintaining an active registration status with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), and participating in customer outreach initiatives. The position demands a high level of customer service, requiring the banker to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver a legendary customer experience. The Retail Banker I will engage in various customer service activities, including educating customers on self-service options, performing teller transactions, and acting as a point of escalation for customer inquiries. The banker will also be expected to contribute to a positive work environment, support team objectives, and participate in personal development activities to enhance their skills and knowledge within the banking sector.

Responsibilities

Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED required.

? 1+ years of related experience required.

? Teller experience preferred.

? Superior customer service skills.

? Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

? Excellent communication skills, concise and clear.
,
? Ability to schedule and prioritize work effectively.

? Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

? Sound judgment in decision-making and effective problem-solving skills.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office.
