What You?ll Do:
? Make outbound calls to warm leads ? These are seniors who requested information about final expense insurance. No cold calling.
? Handle inbound calls ? Some clients will call in after seeing our marketing, ready to discuss their options.
? Follow up on client-set appointments ? Engage with potential buyers who have scheduled a call to review their insurance options.
? Educate and guide clients ? Help them understand their coverage options and find the best policy for their needs and budget.
? Close deals and get paid ? This is a performance-based role, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
? Follow up with potential buyers ? Some clients need a little extra time before making a decision.
? Stay coachable and committed ? We provide ongoing training and support to help you continuously improve your skills.

What We?re Looking For:
? Strong sales and communication skills ? You should be comfortable having conversations, handling objections, and closing deals.
? Self-discipline and motivation ? This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, but success depends on your effort and consistency.
? Coachability ? We have a proven system. Agents who follow it do well; those who don?t, struggle.
? Previous sales experience (insurance or telesales preferred, but not required).
? Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!

Work Requirements:

Because this is a fully remote position, you must have a professional home office setup, including:
A desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks won?t cut it).
Fast and reliable internet (no laggy connections?this is phone-based sales).
A quiet, distraction-free workspace (no barking dogs or crying babies in the background).

Compensation & Schedule:

100% commission-based pay ? Your earning potential is entirely in your hands. Our top agents make $10K-$20K+ per month.

1099 Independent Contractor - Get paid directly by the insurance carriers.
Flexible schedule ? Work shifts as short as 3 hours, but you must commit to at least 25 hours per week on average.
Advancement opportunities ? Grow into leadership roles as a top producer.
