About the position

As an Account Executive for Ally Auto Finance, you will serve as a vital field sales representative, promoting a comprehensive range of auto finance products and services to dealerships within the Greater Central/Southern Oregon market. This role requires you to establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and new dealers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools to enhance their business and support their customers effectively. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and maximizing business opportunities in your local market, which will involve local travel throughout the surrounding areas. A company vehicle will be provided to facilitate this travel. In this position, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle for Ally's auto finance offerings, acting as the primary point of contact for dealerships in your designated market. You will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Ally's auto finance products, including floorplan financing, Dealer Products & Services, and SmartAuction. Additionally, you will market and promote the full range of Ally's products and services, including commercial banking products, while coordinating with designated Consumer Underwriters and peer Account Executives across Ally Auto and Insurance. Your role will also involve collaborating with key product specialists to provide assistance, training, and consultative services to all assigned dealers, while managing risk as a Dealership Performance Consultant.

Responsibilities
? Manage the full sales lifecycle for Ally's auto finance product offerings.

? Act as a singular point-of-contact for existing and new dealerships in a designated market.

? Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Ally's auto finance products, plans, and programs.

? Market and promote the full breadth of Ally's products and services including commercial banking products.

? Communicate and liaise with designated Consumer Underwriters and peer Account Executives across Ally Auto and Insurance.

? Coordinate with key product specialists to provide assistance, training, and consultative services to all assigned dealers.

? Manage risk as a Dealership Performance Consultant.

Requirements
? 3+ years in a dealer-interfacing role with a lender in the auto finance space.
,
? Familiarity with ancillary auto-finance products and services such as F&I insurance, property & casualty insurance, and vehicle remarketing.
,
? Ability to leverage industry expertise and relationships to contribute to business strategy and drive profitability.
,
? Full sales lifecycle experience with a strong foundation in business management, analytics, presentation, and relationship selling skills.

? Active problem solver with an aptitude for managing conflicting priorities.
