Associate Print, Mail, Scan Technician

This position processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages for offices by affixing appropriate postage, preparing for handling by special courier, or delivering mail and packages to appropriate receiver. Ships mail and packages using the most cost-efficient means while meeting receipt deadlines. Maintains office supplies and forms for assigned location and makes deliveries of supplies as needed.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
? Completes mail activities which include pick up, delivery, sorting, receiving, tracking and machine maintenance.
? Maintains the training room schedule for assigned location.
? Performs miscellaneous office support jobs which can include scheduling pool cars, relieves switchboard receptionist, assists traffic department and assist in office openings.
? Orders and maintains orderly stock of supplies and distributes as needed.
? Performs miscellaneous maintenance activities such as changing light bulbs, touch up painting, snow shoveling, and debris removal.
? Performs indexing accountabilities: Verifies quality of images. Checks for completeness and records necessary index values. Accurately inputs required data to properly route documents.
Notifies the appropriate individual of availability of the scanned document. Utilizes various internal systems to properly identify and route documents. Properly routes various electronically received documents.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
? Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
? Demonstrated attention to detail through accuracy and completeness of information.
? Demonstrated experience in an administrative support or customer service role.
? Basic knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in various PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Acrobat, FrontPage).

Licenses
? Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record.

Travel Requirements
? Up to 10%.

Physical Requirements
?Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
?Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
?Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
?Operating machinery and/or power tools.
?Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
