Commercial Claims Unit Manager - Dallas, TX Salary commensurate to experience GEICO is looking for a highly motivated commercial claims leader! This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive results by mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of Claims Specialists. As a Commercial Claims Supervisor you will play a vital role in the company's success by helping your team make smart decisions in processing and settling claims. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving results, helping others, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team. Qualifications: 2 or more years of leadership experience Prior commercial claims experience preferred Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills Associate must attain and maintain the required state licenses by state insurance departments Must be able to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills Must be able to multi-task, prioritize deadlines and balance multiple tasks at once Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
