Key Responsibilities ? Contact and engage with high-intent consumer calls provided by the company. ? Educate potential customers on Medicare Advantage insurance plans and coverage options. ? Conduct needs assessments to determine the best insurance solutions for individual clients. ? Close sales and achieve daily sales targets by converting leads into customers. ? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system. Requirements: ? Proven experience as a Medicare Advantage insurance agent or in a similar sales role.- Active insurance license and certification to sell Medicare Advantage plans in the designated market. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve daily sales goals.- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage insurance products and regulations. - Experience with remote sales and proficiency in using virtual communication tools. ? Qualifications ? Active Health & Life insurance licenses ? AHIP Certification or equivalent. ? Strong inbound call ability, needs analysis and cross selling experience ? Compensation: This position is commission-based, offering the potential to earn upwards of $500-$700+ per day in sales commissions based on performance. - Typical agents close approximately 20% of calls daily, with the opportunity to increase sales through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
