Client Service Representative

Responsible for supporting service delivery by using subject matter knowledge about company products and processes as well as by conducting basic analysis to process or support service-related tasks. The incumbent works under close supervision, however, may be responsible for analytical work that requires independent judgment. Work will focus on life insurance products, and tasks will include beneficiary changes, ownership changes, cash value statements, etc.
Position Location:
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
What you do:
? Support service delivery for multiple life insurance products using multiple systems within established metrics.
? Communicate by phone or written correspondence with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer general questions, process transactions, and resolve issues.
? Follow departmental procedures to process transactions, respond to inquiries, and provide information and solutions to customers.
? Maintain a broad understanding of various insurance products features and limitations, industry/regulatory terms, and policy-related statements.
? Additional duties as assigned.
What you bring:
? Associates? Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
? 0-2 years related experience required. Relevant experience must include experience dealing with customers and providing customer service in some capacity.
? Efficient keyboarding skills and ability to work on multiple administrative systems is required.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively is required.
? A willingness to obtain a SIE license within first 4 months of employment is desired.
? A willingness to obtain FINRA Series 99 or Series 6 is desired.
? A willingness to pursue progress toward attainment of industry designations (FLMI, ACS) is desired.

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
