Job Summary:
This job is responsible for leading a group of employees who perform strategic analysis to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. Key responsibilities include determining strategic priorities for the team, identifying trends, and leading efforts to maximize risk versus return for the business unit. Job expectations include using data and analytics to solve complex problems, coaching and developing employees, and partnering across technology, product, and risk leadership to drive performance.

The Credit Assistance team develops strategies or tactics that help our customers through difficult timeswhile mitigating losses for the Bank. The Delinquency Strategy Execution Manager leads a team of programmers that areresponsible for partnering with Technology, Analytics, Control, Risk, Initiative Execution, and other teams to design, code, andexecute proposed strategies across the Credit Assistance business. This role will manage production executionof processes within SAS/SQL for account segmentation and channel treatment strategies for the department. This rolemay also entail process control as well as procedure writing and mapping. The position requires interaction with allareas of Credit Assistance and all levels of management to support the development, socialization, and processdesign for various strategies. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment.

The candidate must have proven experience at developing technical skills of their team, and have in-depth knowledge of SAS / SQLand business processes.

Responsibilities: ? Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance ? Supports department-wide strategies and portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance ? Leads innovation by identifying and championing large scale initiatives that improve the risk management, profitability, and control oversight of risks for the business unit ? Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management ? Coaches employees on best practices for structuring complex problems, performing analysis, and communicating the results and implications of their work ? Maintains strategic relationships with peers and counterparts across product, technology, and business control functions

Required Qualifications: ? The candidate must be an advanced level programmer in SAS and SQL ? Previous experience with SQL Server, Teradata, and Hadoop data sources and knowledge of data source structures/models ? Must have exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills ? Proficient with MS Office (EXCEL, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) ? Ability to manage/leverage business partnerships across all levels of leadership ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical ? Proven attention to detail

Desired Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience with Bank of America. ? Ability to use more complex coding methods to improve efficiency of data mining, as well as obtaining more complex code results ? Previous Credit Assistance/collections experience ? Previous experience working within the Bank of America data infrastructure (Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop etc.) ? Project Management Experience

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$109,000.00 - $153,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
