Retail Associate/Cashier

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Duties:
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding promotions or special offers
• Stocking and cleaning the store
Experience:
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to sell products and services effectively
• Familiarity with retail math calculations
• Experience in alcohol sales is a plus
• Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
• must be 21+years old
