As a Dental Network Recruiter for Aetna, a CVS Health company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our dental networks by actively recruiting dentists and building long-term relationships with provider offices. This position is fully remote and open to candidates in the Central and Eastern Time Zones, allowing you to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, recruiting, negotiating, and contracting dental providers within established guidelines to meet network needs. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining our existing PPO, Extend, DMO, and Medicare Advantage networks in a specific geographic area. You will explain the value of joining the Aetna network and the resources available to providers, ensuring a positive experience and instilling confidence in the Aetna brand. You will also be tasked with researching providers and groups using company systems to forecast and prepare for effective communication, negotiating fee schedules while being mindful of utilization and cost, and ensuring all data and documentation for contracting providers is accurate and complete. Tracking your activities using company resources such as Salesforce and maintaining strong business relationships with providers will be essential to your success. Meeting and exceeding performance goals consistently while contributing to a positive working environment will be key aspects of your role.
Responsibilities
? Strategically identify, recruit, negotiate, and contract dental providers in a geographic area within established guidelines to meet network need

? Build and maintain existing PPO, Extend, DMO, and Medicare Advantage networks in a specific geographic area
,
? Explain the value in joining the Aetna network and available provider resources
,
? Research providers/groups using company systems to forecast, predict, and prepare for provider/group communication
,
? Negotiate fee schedules within established guidelines while being cognizant of utilization and cost
,
? Contract providers by ensuring all data and documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted properly
,
? Track assigned duties and activities using the appropriate company resource (i.e. Avaya phone system, Salesforce/CRM, etc.)

? Maintain and build strong business relationships with providers to ensure a positive provider experience
,
? Meet and or exceed performance goals consistently
,
? Contribute to a positive working environment that motivates the team to be successful
Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area or Sales/ dental or medical experience
,
? PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office products
,
? Ability to work autonomously from home (remote) and travel 25% of time
