In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional serviceall from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information. Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales (if applicable). Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and response time. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer knowledgeable support. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities. Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
