General Responsibilities: Overall: Maintain Evenflo?s wholesale digital presence and buyer relationships on Amazon (1P)- to achieve revenue goals by supporting product content, assortment, pricing, and profitability. Sales Data Analysis: Analyze Amazon sales data to track product performance, sales trends, and account KPIs including revenue, unit sales, profitability, and market share. Collaborate cross-functionally teams on the strategy, development, and optimizations of sales and marketing initiatives for Amazon Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Supply a weekly/monthly/ and quarterly sales report to the Director, highlighting key metrics Analyze customer reviews and feedback on Amazon to identify product improvement opportunities and collaborate with the product team to address performance concerns. Inventory Management: Work with the Demand Planning team to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and promotional activity. Monitor inventory health on Amazon and alert the team to potential out of stock issues or overstock situations. Work with Demand Planning team to forecast future sales performance and promotions, incorporating historical data and market trends. Account Optimization: Work closely with the Retail & Marketing Coordinator to optimize product listings, including title, description, bullet points, keywords, and images; ensuring all are compliant with Amazon?s guidelines. Monitor account metrics such as chargebacks, returns, and sell through- work to resolve any issues that impact account performance. Serve as the point of contact for Amazon account support issues, ensuring timely resolution. Promotional & Pricing Analysis: Evaluate the performance of promotions, Lightning Deals, and special pricing campaigns- analyzing their impact on sales and profit margins. Work closely with the Amazon Vendor Manager, Amazon In Stock Manager, and Amazon Customer Service Manager on the development and execution of promotional activities and Amazon events, such as Prime Day and T12, and assess their impact on sales and profitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager on optimizing Amazon advertising- ensuring she is aware of any threats to inventory during promotional events and any issues with slow moving key items. Amazon (1P) Key Operational Focuses: Testing Compliance, Battery Exemption, and SIOC Submissions New Sku Setup and Vine Submissions Weekly PO review and management (including bulk buy orders), Born to Run submissions Internal finance ad hoc requests as it pertains to post audit charges and other invalid charges Manage and plan Baby Registry participation Help internal logistics team troubleshoot any shipping delays Grow the Amazon 1P B2B Business Other Ad hoc requests by the Director of Wholesale and Marketplace Ecommerce Domestic travel as needed Required Experience Bachelor?s degree in Business Requires 2+ years experience in account management and/or sales support roles Experience in consumer products industry is preferred Required Technical CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft platform, including Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to communicate effectively with customers Ability to perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload and priorities Ability to prioritize duties to complete tasks on time Self starter, creative thinker and advanced analytical problem-solving skills Follow up and follow through competence High level of Organizational skills Required Behavioral CompetenciesPersonal Leadership ?
