Service Manager - Ag Equipment

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager for a well-respected, multi-location Ag Equipment Sales and Service company.

Qualified applicants understand the importance of doing a job correctly and the value of satisfied customers.

Regular duties include managing a team that does basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment in the shop and service locations.

Responsibilities: ? Work with management to oversee all aspects of the Service Department ? Assist with assigning jobs to technicians according to their skills and knowledge ? Oversee diagnostics, service repairs, assembly and maintenance on all equipment that comes through the shop ? Oversee and participate in service training programs ? Communicate with management about any customer issues/complaints ? Coordinate with other departments to best serve our customers ? Maintain a clean area and work in a neat, orderly and safe way.

Requirements: ? Superior people and communication skills ? Extensive service knowledge in multiple brands of ag equipment ? Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons ? Experience managing staff
