Licensed Practical Nurse - Assisted Living Center

Delta-T Group Texas, Inc. is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team at an assisted living center in Abilene, TX. As a temporary member of our staff, you will be working a 3-11 shift with alternating weekends and holidays for six months.

Job Description:
? Provide direct patient care services in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
? Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
? Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
? Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes

Requirements: ? Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree from an accredited program ? Active LPN licensure in the state of Texas ? At least one year of experience in long-term care or assisted living settings
