As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for monitoring IT asset health, managing incidents, and addressing service requests related to IT systems and applications. ? *Key Responsibilities: ? Monitor IT asset health using Service Now and Power BI reports, identifying lost or missing assets. ? Oversee physical inventory in stock rooms and warehouses, ensuring desktops, laptops, and accessories are adequately stocked. ? Prepare shipments to remote sites, track deliveries, and provide status updates to customers. ? Assist with escalated asset issues and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. ? *Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and systems management. Additionally, experience with ticketing systems like Service Now and proficiency in data reporting tools such as Excel are essential.
