Bank Teller Specialist

As a Lead Teller, you'll be responsible for processing financial transactions promptly and accurately, adhering to all bank policies and procedures. ? You will prioritize client demands, provide impeccable customer service, and communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues. ? Your working knowledge of banking products and services, company systems, and procedures will help you guide and assist teller staff as requested by the Teller Manager. ? In the absence of the Teller Manager, you'll perform transaction approvals, resolve customer service issues, coordinate workflow, and provide on-the-job training to new tellers. ? Participating in job-specific training and various bank training programs, such as customer service, is also essential. Key Responsibilities: ? Promptly process financial transactions while adhering to all bank policies and procedures ? Prioritize client demands and provide exceptional customer service ? Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues ? Guide and assist teller staff as needed ? Perform transaction approvals and resolve customer service issues when necessary
