Key Responsibilities: ? Perform thorough and accurate inspections of HVAC systems. ? Diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC systems in accordance with applicable codes. ? Document all services performed and ensure proper handling of fees and invoices. ? Prepare for service appointments by ordering and organizing necessary parts and tools. ? Submit purchase orders and coordinate with dispatch or purchasing teams. ? Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service. ? Uphold company standards of performance, safety, and ethics. ? Track and manage operational metrics like average invoice totals, callback ratios, and labor margins.

Required Qualifications: ? Valid Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License ? EPA Certification ? 5 years of verifiable work experience in residential HVAC systems. ? Valid driver?s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
