We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the full configuration and setup of our 3CX system for a team of 50 agents. This project requires establishing a robust 3CX environment with optimal call routing, queues, voicemail, and other telephony features while customizing our HubSpot plugin to enable functionalities such as creating deals directly from the 3CX interface and sending queue names or extensions in real-time to CRM. Additionally, you will integrate a third-party applications to ensure seamless data exchange and streamlined operations. This is the app Call Center Dashboards (https://www.callcenterdashboards.com/), so prior research and familiarity with its installation (via SSH) and features will be essential. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in deploying 3CX for small to medium teams, a strong background in HubSpot integrations, and experience with third-party integrations. Responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting integration issues, and providing comprehensive documentation and training to our team.
