Position Title:Agriculture/Construction Dealership Service Writer/Advisor

Location: Stephenville, TX

Responsibilities include:
? The service writer/advisor listens to the customer?s issues and arranges for repair.
? He/she is responsible for writing a repair estimate based on the technicians initial diagnosis. This person is the liaison between the customer and technician ? often briefing the customer on the status of the repair, and any additional measures that need to be taken care of.
? This person will generate invoices and handle payment. Additional duties require communication with vendors, fleet servicing, and some mechanical work.

Requirements: ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs ? Ability to assist with the loading and unloading of equipment ? Exceptional organizational skills ? Welcoming & friendly attitude ? Problem Solver ? Basic Computer knowledge ? Enthusiastic person with drive to excel and take on responsibilities ? Driver?s license & clean driving record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
