Ideal candidates will have:
? Strong background in Customer Service and Data Entry
? High attention to detail ? cross referencing and balancing documents
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite and 10-key
? Knowledge of purchasing and invoices helpful
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
? Comfortable helping in the warehouse on occasion as needed

Responsibilities Include
? Providing Customer Support
? Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
? Maintaining Phone Etiquette
? Purchase Order Review and Matching
? Inventory Control
? Accounts Receivable and Payment Posting
