The Key Holder / Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations. This role involves overseeing shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing inventory. As a Key Holder, you will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed, and leading the team by example. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service, possess strong leadership qualities, and are looking to grow within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities
? Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support the team during shifts, ensuring that all team members adhere to company standards and procedures.
? Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
? Store Operations: Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing the store, handling cash, and managing deposits. Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
? Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
? Training & Development: Support the training and development of team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
? Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the store is kept clean, organized, and well- maintained at all times. Oversee daily cleaning tasks and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
