Our Tesla team is looking for a Territory Support Advisor with a passion for customer service to join us in delivering the best experience to our customers. As a Territory Support Advisor, you will serve as the face of Tesla to our customers, providing guidance and support to ensure their Tesla ownership experience is exceptional. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, a passion for electric vehicles, and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. You will be part of a larger team of Territory Support Advisors, working together to ensure all customers receive the best service and support. We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:? A minimum of two years of customer service experience? Knowledge of electric vehicles and related technology? Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills? Strong written and verbal communication skills? Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment?
