The Guest Coordinator at Ulta Beauty is responsible for engaging with guests and promoting the services offered by the store through direct interactions, both in-person and over the phone. This role is pivotal in representing the brand's image and culture while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in achieving performance goals related to service and retail sales. The position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively about salon services and products.
Responsibilities
? Engage with guests to promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions.

? Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.

? Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all guests and offering prompt assistance.

? Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.

? Support the services team by managing salon phone calls and guest records, and suggesting add-on services.

? Inform guests of current promotions and confidently invite them to try services.

? Influence service providers in executing daily appointment pages and new guest acquisition.

? Book appointments and support the execution of services and in-store events.

? Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.

? Maintain regular attendance.
Requirements
? High school diploma preferred.

? 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.

? Demonstrate competency in sales, products, and services.

? Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

? Strong communication skills.

? Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team.
