Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective operation of all equipment and systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and installation projects
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing schematics, electrical knowledge, and HVAC expertise
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to repair or improve equipment performance
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability when needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory levels

Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices
