Food Service Team Member

A high school diploma or equivalent is a must, and previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. Responsibilities: ? Deliver excellent customer service to all IKEA customers ? Ensure food is served in accordance with IKEA standards ? Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner ? Maintain a clean and organized environment ? Ensure all food items and other products are stocked and displayed in an attractive manner ? Assist with food preparation and serving ? Follow health and safety guidelines ? Follow IKEA procedures and policies ? Work both independently and as part of a team ? Maintain a valid government-issued ID ? Stand and walk for extended periods of time
