Responsibilities
? Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.

? Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.

? Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in procedures.

? Organize Front Counter, McCaf?, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

? Ensure the restaurant delivers quality food quickly and safely.

? Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.

? Hire qualified crew and ensure they are well-trained and scheduled effectively.

Requirements
? Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

? Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

? Open availability is required for Department Leaders.

? Positive team player with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
