Responsibilities
? Screening and Assessing of Candidates
,
? Scheduling, Following Up with Candidates for Interviewing/Onboarding/Orientation
,
? Conducting Virtual & Phone Interviews
,
? Entering Employee Records & Schedules
,
? Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership
,
? Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress
,
? Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials
,
? Attend Weekly T&D Dept Training Meetings

Requirements
? Bilingual language (Spanish and English) skills in speaking, reading & writing.
,
? Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus
,
? Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
,
? A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition.
,
? A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams.
,
? Must be 18 or older
,
? Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.
,
? Must pass a criminal background check.
