The purpose is to serve food and/or beverages to guests according to Standards and in alignment with the Restaurant?s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. ? Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal. ? Knowledgeable about all menu items, restaurant promotions and beverages served; their garnish, contents and preparation methods. ? Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system. ? Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner. ? Must complete necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all supplies, etc. ? Take and know inventory at all times, and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations. ? Maintain regular attendance, consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards. ? Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code. ? Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor.

? Respond to requests for service and assistance.
? Demonstrate the desire and ability to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.
? Solicit customer feedback to improve service.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent

One to two years related experience and/or training.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Ability to read and write and speak English, and comprehend simple instructions in English
? Ability to operate POS equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position is expected to:
? Stand more than 3/4 of the time
? Walk more than 3/4 of the time
? Sit less than 1/4 of the time
? Reach with hands and arms more than 2/3 of the time
? Lift up to 35 pounds.
? Push / pull up to 50 pounds.
