Inside Sales Engineer - (Cybersecurity)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid ? 2-3 days/week)

Salary: $150k per annum

The Role

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging technical expertise and customer engagement, supporting enterprise clients as they adopt industry-leading OT security solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong networking background who wants to develop their Pre-Sales expertise in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
? Work closely with the sales team to provide technical solutions to enterprise customers.
? Support proof-of-concept (POC) implementations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
? Educate clients on network security, cloud-based OT security, and AI-driven remediation.
? Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers successfully adopt security solutions.
? Collaborate with product and engineering teams, sharing customer insights to enhance the platform.

What Success Looks Like: You establish yourself as a go-to technical expert for customers and internal teams and you successfully transition into a Pre-Sales role with clear career growth.

Who We?re Looking For
? At least 3 years in a technical, customer-facing role (Sales Engineer, Network Engineer, Technical Consultant, etc).
? Strong networking background, with network security / cybersecurity experience being a plus.
? A proactive, startup-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
? Interest in Pre-Sales and developing a career in cybersecurity.
? Commutable to Austin, Texas (2-3 days per week in-office).
