Collect and organize large amounts of employee data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into our systems.
Create and maintain data models and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
Communicate complex technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and HR analytics to continuously improve processes and systems.
Participate in data-related projects and initiatives, providing expertise and support to drive success.
Mentor and train junior team members on data engineering best practices and technologies.
