Job Description:
We are looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Shopify Expert who can manage our online store and provide top-tier customer service. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of Shopify, is fluent in English, and is available to work 5-6 days per week (or even 7 when necessary).
Your role is crucial in ensuring our store runs smoothly, customers receive excellent support, and products are updated efficiently.
Responsibilities:
? Shopify Management:
? Add and update products, descriptions, and images
? Make adjustments to website design and layout when needed
? Ensure the website is always optimized for performance and conversions
? Troubleshoot and fix any Shopify-related issues
? Optimize store navigation and filters
? Keep track of inventory and ensure accurate product listings
? Customer Service:
? Handle customer inquiries via email in perfect English
? Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently
? Solve customer issues quickly and professionally
? Improve FAQ sections and automate responses where possible
? Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
? Technical & Proactive Work:
? Keep the store running smoothly at all times
? Monitor website speed and functionality
? Ensure all third-party integrations and apps function correctly
? Implement new features to improve the user experience
? Report and resolve any problems immediately
Requirements:
? Expert-level Shopify experience (themes, customizations, product management)
? Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
? Strong customer service skills (empathetic, fast, and professional)
? Ability to work independently and proactively
? Problem-solving mindset ? if something is broken, you fix it before we even notice
? Experience with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, filters, and SEO tools)
? Basic design skills (to adjust banners, product images, etc.)
?Social Media Posting
?? Bonus skills:
? Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Omnisend)
? Familiarity with social media and content management
