Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting HCM Core Consultant to act as a Product Manager for the Recruiting module. This consultant will collaborate closely with HR teams to optimize the recruiting process, identify and address broken processes, and streamline the hiring and onboarding lifecycle. In addition to configuring the Recruiting module, you will be responsible for enhancing business processes, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring a seamless recruiting experience in Workday. This role requires strong JIRA ticket management experience and the ability to drive process improvements and continuous system enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Workday Recruiting Module Configuration & Optimization:Configure and optimize the Workday Recruiting module to meet the evolving needs of the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to customize workflows, job requisition templates, candidate management, interview scheduling, and reporting. Continuously monitor the recruiting process and identify areas of improvement, ensuring Workday Recruiting aligns with organizational goals and improves the candidate experience.Product Manager for Recruiting:Act as the Product Manager for the Workday Recruiting module, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to drive improvements and optimize broken processes. Own the recruiting roadmap by identifying high-impact areas for process improvements, gathering requirements, and prioritizing enhancements. Take a data-driven approach to evaluate recruiting processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and friction points. Work closely with HR leadership to reduce process hiccups and enhance the overall recruiting lifecycle.System Maintenance & Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure timely updates, patches, and continuous improvements to the Workday Recruiting module. Regularly assess system capabilities and recommend new features, enhancements, or integrations to improve efficiency and align with business needs.JIRA Ticket Management:Manage JIRA tickets for all Recruiting-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner to meet business requirements and recruitment goals.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement system changes, and provide guidance on recruiting best practices. Foster strong relationships across HR and Recruiting teams to ensure that the system is supporting their goals and improving overall efficiency.User Training & Support:Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HR, Recruiting, and IT teams to enhance the utilization of the Workday Recruiting module.
