Post has acquired in excess of $3.5 Billion of properties encompassing more than 33,000 units across 15 states and over 50 cities

PREG currently owns an apartment portfolio of approximately 25,000 units across 15 states with a predominant focus spanning California to Texas. Headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA, PREG also maintains operations in Dallas, TX.

Vertical operations include property management, construction services as well as ancillary business services divisions. PREG?s specialty is in the creation and execution of complex affordable housing transactions in partnership with governmental agencies and non-profit organizations.

In addition to multifamily, the company also owns a small portfolio of industrial buildings and mobile home parks.

Job Summary:

Part of the Asset Management team, the Asset Management Associate plays an important role in analyzing property-level transactions including operations data, financial data, and leasing activity. The person will also be involved in certain acquisition, auditing, and due diligence processes.

Essential Functions:
? Provides support for asset managers in all types of data analysis including but not limited to financial analysis, property management operations analysis, and acquisition/disposition analysis.
? Assists in Preparing correspondence to tenants, owners, investors, partners, and lenders as needed.
? Responsible for engaging, starting initial negotiations, and managing third-party vendors when acquiring new assets and maintaining current ones.
? Responsible for the monthly reviews of operating reports and financial reports.
? Responsible for managing asset management files, contracts, and records.
? Provides assistance in the review and analysis of operator provided annual budgets, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and revenue assumptions.
? Responsible for Reviewing Market and Submarket Data and benchmarking across the portfolio

Job Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree (mathematical, science, business, economics, finance degree preferred). ? 1-3+ years of real estate or any type of financial analysis experience is preferred (internships included). ? Must be highly skilled in excel and data analytics.

Preferred Experience:
? Documented knowledge of financial cash flow modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
? Ability to prioritize and work independently while also working well in a group setting.
? Ability to effectively and efficiently present information and interface with company leadership.

Compensation + Benefits
? Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 with opportunity for competitive bonus.
? Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
