DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST II

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive conversions. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic thinker who can manage multiple digital channels, optimize performance, and enhance the customer journey through compelling storytelling and targeted campaigns.

You?ll work closely with our CMO and other Senior Leadership to shape the digital voice of PILF and ensure our online presence reflects the energy, culture, and excellence that define us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEmail/Text Marketing & CRM
? Develop and execute email/text campaigns that drive reservations, event bookings, and customer engagement.
? Segment audiences for targeted messaging and improved conversion rates.
? Track and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions to refine future campaigns.

SEO, Website, & Paid Ads
? Optimize our website, landing pages, and content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
? Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
? Track website analytics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to make data-backed marketing decisions.

Data & Performance Analysis
? Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to monitor KPIs and campaign success.
? Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
? A/B test content, subject lines, CTAs, and ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversion.

Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling
? Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms.
? Collaborate with the culinary and hospitality teams to showcase new menu items, chef features, special events, and behind-the-scenes content.
? Develop compelling photo and video content, working with in-house and external creators to bring our brand to life.

Social Media Management
? Assisted with developing, scheduling, and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
? Create engaging, brand-aligned content including graphics, videos, captions, and stories that drive interaction and conversions.
? Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty and enhance the guest experience.
? Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm changes, and viral moments to keep PILF at the forefront of digital culture.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
? 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industry.
? Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital trends.
? Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Wisely/Olo Engage, Squarespace, and Canva/Adobe Suite.
? Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.
? Experience in paid media strategy and campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
? Ability to analyze data-driven insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
? A creative thinker who can balance strategic planning with real-time content creation.
? A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
