In search of a CDL A Company Driver experienced in handling reefer units on OTR runs.

A valid CDL A is essential, and prospects with six months of experience are given priority for this role
? The opportunity to earn income and bonuses is tied to covering a mileage of 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week
? Employees can expect a pay increase of one cent after 90 days, progressing to an annual one-cent boost on their work anniversary until reaching a maximum of seventy cents per mile
? Monthly Bonus scheme that rewards performance with a payout rate of $.05 per month per thousand views (Top Range)
? A per diem rate of 10 cents per mile is provided to all drivers and forms part of their earnings
? Military Pay
? Drivers who are currently fulfilling their duties or have done so in the past two years
? - Two years of verified service result in a pay rise of one cent per thousand views
? Individuals who have completed two years of verified service will see an increase in pay by 0.02 cents per impression

Physicals

Prospects are mandated to have conducted a comprehensive physical check-up within 6 months, validated for at least 6 months beyond the orientation date with no expiration within the upcoming 3 months, or undergo a new physical evaluation beforehand or during their arrival

Drug Test

Each individual seeking employment is obligated to partake in a pre-employment drug screening encompassing both a urinalysis and a hair follicle examination before attending the Orientation event. If there are any difficulties in finishing these tests in advance, they will be conducted on the starting day of the Orientation. Drivers will be held back from commencing their responsibilities until confirmation of negative test outcomes.

Students

The training period is structured over four weeks, with the first week dedicated to Orientation and the subsequent three weeks consisting of hands-on training with an OTR trainer

A daily amount of $100 is provided for the orientation phase and the period spent training with a mentor

A maximum of $6,000 can be reimbursed for tuition expenses
