This position is 100% remote.
The Position
The PQI & Compliance Specialist is a critical role at Chosen, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our programs by managing contracts and tracking program outcomes. This position will play a key role in maintaining compliance with various funding sources while also providing valuable insights into our program's impact ensuring Chosen is fulfilling its mission and delivering high quality services to its community.

Job Responsibilities :
Contract Management :
Review, analyze, and interpret contracts from grants, state, federal, and private funders.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including reporting requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Track key contract dates, such as start and end dates, renewal periods, and payment terms.
Coordinate with program staff to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Maintain a comprehensive contract database.
Monitor and report on contract performance.
Data Management and Analysis :
Develop, implement, and maintain data collection systems to track program outcomes and client progress.
Collect, clean, and analyze program data.
Generate regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and trends.
Prepare and submit required reports to funders and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with program staff to identify data needs and develop data collection tools.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA.
Program Evaluation :
Assist in designing and implementing program evaluation plans.
Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare reports on program outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public health, business administration)
Experience working within non-profit organizations preferred
2+ years of experience in data analysis, contract management, or program evaluation
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
Knowledge of grant writing and reporting preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Familiarity with social services and child welfare systems preferred
