Sr Transformation Manager - Digital Procurement

Identify, design, align and implement holistic Procurement E2E Digitalization strategy for strategic procurement for PFNA as well as data analytics and data intelligence across all Procurement value stream, inclusive of upstream procurement such as: strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management, supplier performance management, category management, advanced sourcing and negotiations and overall orchestration capabilities in PFNA in collaboration with Procurement, Global S&T Function and other Functions in PFNA such as Controls, Finance and Supply Chain using multiple technological solutions, software and tools, for direct and indirect spend.
Responsibilities
? This role will be responsible to establish E2E procurement Digitalization strategy, design and develop new digital capabilities for Global Procurement in PFNA and drive digital transformation
? Lead digital transformation across 7 step sourcing processes by implementing new procurement solutions/tools/systems and actively contribute in creating future fit procurement capabilities
? Build strong rapport and collaboration with Procurement, S&T and other functions to ensure PFNA Procurement requirements are captured and delivered in the Global digitalization initiatives as well as sector implementations
? Drive change management, lead adoption of next tools and technology and build digital acumen across PFNA procurement Organization
Detect new Capabilities to be developed
? Market research at all levels, internally and externally to identify, propose and align digitalization initiatives for Procurement PFNA
? Explore usage of new capabilities, for example, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Automation in 7 step sourcing process
? Continuous improvement: analyse current sourcing procedures to detect improvement opportunities
? Develop Reports solutions using technological tools and software (e.g. BI and others )
? Test and build Business Case to filter valid proposals to digitalize procurement value streams
Development of new capabilities
? Overall leadership and supervision of implementation of digitalization projects across PFNA Procurement
Value capture
? Manage link with broader Global Procurement Team, PGT Team, S&T Team and GP team in PFNA to capture the value of new capabilities, included transformation of Data in actionable Insights
Sustain
? Manage link with S&T organization to ensure solutions developed are properly maintained and new Functionality of these tools implemented
Compensation and Benefits:
? The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
? Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
? Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
? Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 12 years' experience in a business environment, preferably in Procurement
? Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
? Digitalization, especially in Procurement
? Strong understanding of the Procurement business process
? Operational experience in the business function within PepsiCo or another CPG company
? Excellent understanding of industry Best practices and ability to apply these to develop business processes
? Excellent understanding of how procurement tools can support business processes
? Strong analytical & financial skills
? Strong experience in application of Continuous Improvement / Business Process Improvement methodologies within a purchasing/finance environment
? Degree in Business Management, Finance and/or Purchasing and/or Accounting or relevant Procurement Operations experience
