Work Schedule:

Frito-Lay Logistics Technician are tasked with a variety of warehouse tasks. Your assistance is essential in manufacturing our widely known snacks, such as Classic Lay's, Cheetos, and Doritos, in one of our manufacturing plants. Work Environment:
? Almost the entirety of your working hours are expected to be spent on your feet for this physically demanding occupation
? The vastness of the establishment ensures that noise levels remain consistently high
? Due to limited control over temperature in indoor environments, weather and seasonal fluctuations may impact the working conditions

Key Responsibilities: ? Loading and unloading pallets and individual cases from trailers ? Move vacant pallet boards to a storage facility to free up space in the work area ? Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology ? Conducting the forklift training session involves educating employees on how to maintain and operate the machinery safely ? When it comes to loading trailers, there are two popular options available - either using a cart to load freight or stacking cases on the truck trailer's floor ? The assigned duty is to procure and disseminate commodities and contribute to the weekly inventory auditing process ? Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace requires undertaking various tasks such as sweeping the floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out the trash ? Be capable of carrying objects weighing between 15 and 50 pounds, with or without modifications

Minimum Requirements: ? The age of 18 signifies the transition from adolescence to adulthood ? To be successful in roles that require the ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts, employees must be able to balance their personal and professional obligations effectively ? Competence to lift objects weighing from 15 to 50 pounds, with or without justifiable accommodations ? Proficiency to stay erect and move around for extended periods, even without realistic adjustments ? This job mandates an individual who can perform activities requiring physical flexibility such as bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and stretching. This ability should not only be normal but should also be maintained with or without accommodations ? The job necessitates the capacity to routinely pick up, carry, push, pull, and manipulate items with or without feasible accommodations ? Eagerness to perform work on elevated levels, using lifts and ladders to access specific locations within the plant ? Being equipped to work in an environment with potentially tricky surfaces, loud and hazardous equipment, as well as extreme temperatures and humidity

Training and Development:
? OSHA, FDA, and FSMA Rules and Regulations Education
? Safe operation of a forklift is a crucial part of the training process for individuals who perform exceptionally well
