Position Summary
As a Senior Manager, Client Operations, PS DDAT, you will be instrumental in managing various business operations functions and spearheading strategic initiatives. This role demands a highly skilled individual contributor with a strong analytical mindset, capable of developing and maintaining data visualizations, creating operational processes, and preparing executive-level presentations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline work intake and reporting processes, enhance efficiency, and build dashboards to standardize reporting driven by standardized operational processes.
Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain data visualizations using system tools such as Power BI. Tableau, and Salesforce to satisfy internal reporting and client specific reporting. ? Build operational processes in and create standardized dashboard views for client-specific reporting and productivity tracking. ? Centralize processes within the PSDDAT Client operations team to create seamless, scalable processes that are reportable at the client and project level. ? Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and recommendations. ? Document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency. ? Create Welcome Season and monthly go live reporting. ? Manage projects within the business operations team to advance the overall roadmap for the Business Operations team in support of the broader PS DDAT organization
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business operations, IT support, or a related field. ? Proven experience in managing and leading a team. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and IT ticketing systems. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. ? Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau ? Lean Six Sigma Certification or PMP
Preferred Qualifications: ? Knowledge of industry best practices for IT business operations. ? ITIL Certification ? Masters Degree preferred
Essential Qualifications: ? 5+ years of overall work experience with a focus on operational roles. ? Proven track record of effective communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to convey information in an accessible, concise, and clear manner. ? Customer-centric, creative, and strategic mindset; prior customer-facing experience is preferred. ? Project management experience is required. ? Highly collaborative and communicative, with experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional team environments. ? Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, with proven analytical and critical thinking skills. ? High energy level; comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. ? Approaches challenges with a sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure, and take direction.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company?s equity award program.
