Kevin Pierce - General Agent:
? How long with KoC? 18 Years.
? Prior Experience? Started at 26 years old, working for a commercial insurance company. Converted to Catholicism on Easter of 2006 and began with the Knights of Columbus in December of 2006.
? Passionate About? Passionate about his wife and family first and foremost. Kevin has been married to his wife for 21 years and has four children. He enjoys playing golf, shooting, and traveling.
? Vision for Growth: Passionately dedicated to transforming the lives of agents and advisors by fostering professional growth while expanding the agency?s impact, ensuring more Catholic families across Kansas achieve financial security and peace of mind.

Assistant General Agent:
? How long with KoC? 15 Years.
? Prior Experience? Worked in financial services at MetLife. Has been in the insurance and investments business since 2006.
? Passionate About? Enjoys golf, pickleball, weightlifting, reading, and studying the Catholic faith. Trey values spending time with family and traveling.

Assistant General Agent:
? How long with KoC? 9 Years.
? Prior Experience? Director of Operations for a communications company. Experience in B2B sales and customer sales. Managed and oversaw three retail locations while expanding the fiber optic network and business system sales across a four-state area.
? Passionate About? Actively involved in local Catholic parish groups and events. Enjoys family vacations, exercising, and playing sports.

Field Agent:
? How long with KoC? 2 years, 3 months (since January 1st, 2023)
? Prior Experience? Before joining the Knights of Columbus, this agent worked for a funeral home for 6 years and a county appraiser?s office for 4 ? years. Additionally, they ran a lawncare business started at 12 years old with the help of their parents.
? Passionate About? Passionate about faith, which has been a guiding force through life?s challenges, including nearly 70 brain surgeries due to hydrocephalus. They value spending time with family and friends, who have supported them through tough times and celebrated their victories. Enjoys sports and competitive activities, a love fostered by a family sports background. Also loves the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing, which teach patience, persistence, and the importance of pushing through challenges.

Position Overview: As a Financial Advisor with the Knights of Columbus, your role revolves around building strong, trusting relationships with clients and understanding their unique financial goals. You will offer personalized advice and develop tailored strategies to help clients achieve financial security and protect their future. The position offers a clear growth path within the firm, allowing you to expand your expertise and provide even more comprehensive financial services as you advance in your career.

Eligibility Criteria:
? 2 or 4 year degree is preferred, but not required.
? Willingness to quickly obtain (or reinstate) state insurance licenses and FINRA certifications.
? To align with the Knights of Columbus charter and IRS nonprofit status, agents/advisors must meet the organization's membership requirements, which are limited to Catholic men as defined by the governing body.*
