POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Professional Education, US Joint Reconstruction will lead the strategic planning, resource allocation and execution of US Joint Reconstruction professional education programming, aligned to the US Commercial organization's strategic priorities. This role will work closely with the US Commercial organization, Global Growth Marketing and other business partners to design and implement a variety of Professional Education learning solutions. Leading a team of Professional Education Managers, this role is not only responsible for the day-to-day operations of the US ProfEd function, but is also responsible for elevating, innovating and advancing the offering to lead in the Orthopedic ProfEd space, imagining what could be and making it happen.

This is a leadership role that requires demonstrated people management experience, successful strategic development and execution experience, and a track record of strong 360-degree stakeholder management. This role will also be responsible for identifying new, more effective and more efficient ways to deliver education. The Senior Manager is also responsible for leading and developing a team of individual contributors, managing a functional budget, and maintaining the highest-level standards for compliance and regulatory policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTIONAL:
? Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, ClinSim, PR&O, etc.) to design in-market EdTech experiences for US customers to support the successful clinical adoption of Joint Recon solutions.
? Design and implement a faculty strategy to appropriately match faculty with EdTech needs, as well as identify and onboard new faculty.
? Oversee market intel activities to better understand competitors' strengths and weakness in the ProfEd space and build a strategy accordingly.
? Partner closely with ProfEd counterpart that leads the planning and execution of US VELYS HCP clinical training.
? Pilot new and innovation training methodologies such as tele mentoring, reimagined hands on via high fidelity bone models, etc.
? Manage functional resources (people, time, budget) to maximize impact and delivery.
? Design and utilize robust reporting metrics that tell the story of the value and brand of ProfEd.
? Responsible for providing highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
? Ensure that practices are compliant with all government or legal requirements.
? Serve as a key member on the Joint Recon Global EdTech leadership team.

POLICIES: Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.

TRAINING: Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.

SAFETY: Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area. Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards (Bloodborne pathogens training, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
? A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
? A minimum of 8 years experience in sales, education, and/or marketing experience in Joint reconstruction or robotically enabled surgery.
? Prior experience managing people and building culture, strong stakeholder and partner relationships and high performing teams.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Proven track record in allocating and managing budgetary resources.
? Ability to travel up to 50%.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Experience in wet/dry labs and/or OR setting.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
