Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Accounting duties, including but not limited to:

? Enforcement of all Production Accounting guidelines/procedures as outlined in the studio manual.

? Accurately and timely file all financial transactions into Scenechronize, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), journal entries, distribution changes, and purchase cards.

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Scenechronize.

? Utilize Kissflow to ensure proper approvals for all relevant transactions.

? Monitor the progress of approval requests and follow up on any outstanding approvals.

? Audit and code purchase card (Cashet) envelopes for accuracy and compliance.

? Audit and code expense reports for accuracy and compliance.

? Provide various miscellaneous Accounting Support.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

? Minimum of 1 years of experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network).

? Prior experience using VISTA and Scenechronize accounting software preferred.

? Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

? Excellent analytical, organizational and detail-oriented skills mandatory.

? Exceptional time management skills and the ability to adhere to all reporting deadlines.

? Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external personnel at show, corporate and vendor level.

? The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
