Route calls to the appropriate function/person and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional mannerOrder entry. Take orders from salesmen and customers and ensure that the order is accurately placedOrder tracking. Record orders in spreadsheet to confirm orders placed and deliveredManage ingredient spreadsheet and weekly micro usage summaryEnter PO's. Receive and prepare invoices for payment and file accordinglyInvoice customers from offsite rail loadsPerform Weighmaster duties such as: weighing trucks, cash handling and customer serviceEmail daily corn prices and inventory of commodities to the appropriate contactsOpen and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx mailingsPerform as the A/R and A/P backup and regularly assist with A/R and A/P data entry.Assist with administrative tasks related to special projects, such as customer mailings, flyer creation and mailing, etcAssist with general office organization and cleanlinessBe available for overtime work on a scheduled or callin basis as requiredAvailable shifts:Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)Job requirements:A high school diploma or GED is requiredMinimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience in similar roleStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Attention to detail and ability to multitaskPrior administrative experience preferredBackground check and drug screening requiredReady to take control of the way you work?Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today.
