Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from card members with professionalism and care Actively listen to the needs of customers and to provide appropriate solutions Guide customers through account details, billing inquiry and dispute solution Maintain up-to-date knowledge of American Express products, services and policies Cooperate with team members and leadership to continuously improve service distribution Meet and cross the performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality and productivity

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; College degree Previous customer service experience (phone-based plus) Excellent communication and problem-solution skills A faster, ability to work in a sharp, remote environment with minimal supervision Strong typing and computer navigation skills Reliable high-speed internet connection and a cool home field Flexible schedule availability including evening, weekend and holidays,
